About us

Give Me Strength is a strength and conditioning gym in Lightwater, Surrey. Each session is overseen by Alan Hughes, an accredited strength and conditioning coach with the United Kingdom Strength & Conditioning Association (UKSCA).

At Give Me Strength, everyone is regarded as an elite athlete, whether they are currently involved in competitive sport or simply training to improve their general health and well-being. We research and apply current sports science evidence-based principles to achieve results and avoid the world of fitness trends and the associated gimmicks.
